For this class we were assigned groups and asked to Design and Evaluate a Public Health Program.

– Demonstrate the ability to develop and evaluate Public Health Programs

 Mechanical Details:

– Design a public health program to operationalize your intervention.

– Discuss how you will evaluate the effectiveness of your program to determine if it is achieving the stated goals.

– Public health intervention development and evaluation can take many forms and with significant level of details. For the purpose of this assignment, try to keep it simple but clear. You are free to use any format/heading you think is appropriate; however, the following headings can be used as a guide. Most importantly, be creative and have fun.
